For what purpose do we process your data?

The purpose of the data processing of this category of interested is to be able to offer the communications service, notifications and remittance of electronic invoices, in which EADTrust acts on behalf of the sender.

EADTrust will only use this data for sending information or commercial communications as long as the interested party has given his consent for it.

How legitimately do we process your data?

This data processing is based on Article 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation: execution of a contract.

 How long do we keep your data? 

Due to the nature of the service, the personal data processed by senders and recipients will be kept for a minimum of 6 years, in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code and other regulations of a commercial and fiscal nature.

The conservation can be extended for 10 years in the case of subjects bound by Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism and up to 15 years when it is related to the criminal responsibility of legal persons.
