Data Protection Information for Candidates and Employees

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION (SECOND INFORMATION LAYER).

The purpose of this declaration is to inform interested parties of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy implemented by EADTrust, European Agency of Digital Trust SL. (abbreviated EADTrust) in the exercise of its activity as a provider of trusted electronic services and in other areas.

For what purpose do we process your data?

The processing of personal data of candidates for job offers communicated by EADTrust is intended to process your request and possible subsequent interview.

The data processing of EADTrust employees is aimed at managing the employment relationship.

How legitimately do we process your data?

The data processing of applicants to fill vacancies in EADTrust has as a legal basis Article 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation: consent of the interested party.

The treatment of employee data has as a legal basis article 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation: execution of a contract.

 How long do we keep your data? 

The data of job seekers in EADTrust will be kept for 2 years or until their deletion is requested.

If the contract does not occur, EADTrust undertakes to eliminate all information related to the applicants, unless they expressly authorize to retain their data and be employed in other vacancy announcements.

The candidate authorizes EADTrust to analyze their CV, all the documentation they can send, the information they provide in the interview, as well as their profiles in professional social networks in order to assess their candidacy.

EADTrust informs that only those candidates or CVs that are sent through job offer forms enabled by EADTrust will be accepted. All those that arrive by other means, such as email, will be rejected.

Employee data will be kept for the duration of the employment relationship between the employee and EAD Trust. After the same, will be kept for a period of 1 year, provided that the interested party does not request before the suppression of them.
